Kin Shing, a member and subsidiary of Sundart International Holdings Limited, was set up in 1972 with the former name of Kin Shing Construction Company. We are primarily a building contracting firm specializing in the services for construction works, interior decoration, repair, maintenance and renovation works.

We, as an approved contractor for Public Works, are strictly following the Rules and Guidelines and are monitored by the same under the Contractor Management System from the Works Bureau. This is to assure our sound technical and financial strengths to our valued clients. To keep in pace with the industry of high-quality workmanship and to continue upgrading our operations, we have engaged ourselves into the ISO9001 Quality Management System since 1996 and planned to implement ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in 2011.
