Mr. WONG Kim Hung, Patrick attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration in 1995 and registered as a Certified Professional Manager in 1999 respectively from The Society of Business Practitioners, England. Prior to joining us, Mr. Wong had worked in the Hong Kong offices of several international banks including Sanwa Bank (now known as the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Limited) and the Bank of America for about 20 years. He has joined the Group in 2002 and served as Executive Director. Mr. Wong has entered into a service contract with the Company as a Non-executive Director from 5 January 2012 and he will remain as a director of a number of subsidiaries of the Company and an Authorized Person of Sundart Engineering and Contracting (Beijing) Limited subsequent to the re-designation.
